Water/Wastewater Utilities Director
Minimum requirement includes Grade 2 State of Vermont Wastewater License, Grade 4B State of Vermont Water License, and at least 5 years of experience managing water and wastewater treatment systems
Lodging Properties Manager
5+ years experience in lodging/hospitality, 3+ years experience managing an operation of similar size and scope, college degree in business or hotel management
Grounds Maintenance Crew Summer '25
High school diploma, physically able to do standard golf course maintenance, and have a valid driver's license
Part Time Driver
Valid driver's license, high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and ability to work weekends and holidays
Facilities Technician
High school education, building trades experience, and ability to lift over 50 pounds are required
Massage Therapist
Massage therapy training and certification, and availability to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week during winter season
Clay Brook Housekeeper
High school diploma or equivalency, prior experience in hospitality housekeeping and/or janitorial experience, self-motivation and reliability
Lodging Maintenance Technician
High school education, building trades experience, and valid driver's license required
Lead Day School Caregiver
CDA or associate's degree, 2 years' experience working with groups of children, and CPR Certification
Vehicle Technician
Must be 18 years old with relevant mechanical experience and a positive attitude
