Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to define, build, and enhance key capabilities across our product portfolio. In this role, you will help shape modern selling experiences by improving CRM workflows, applying AI to increase seller productivity, and delivering insights that help managers monitor pipeline health, improve forecast accuracy, and act on risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, building and delivering commercial, customer-facing software products
• Proven success shipping enterprise SaaS products, ideally within CRM, CX, or adjacent domains
• Strong understanding of user workflows, system design, and data-driven product development
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and product storytelling skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA a plus
