As a Payroll Consultant at Talentspring, you will be part of our high-performing team. Project work and customer consulting: You will take on exciting projects in payroll accounting and work closely with the departments of our customers. You will develop customized solutions, optimize existing processes, and advise our customers on all aspects of salary accounting. As a competent point of contact, you will explain complex issues clearly and support the development of individual solutions.
Efficiency improvement: You will play an active role in introducing new HR software to improve the efficiency of our payroll processes. By analyzing and optimizing existing procedures, you will help save time and resources.
Independent accounting: You will take on the independent implementation of payroll and salary accounting for employee groups and ensure that all relevant tax, social security and labor law regulations are complied with.
First point of contact: You will be the primary point of contact for employee questions related to salary accounting, payroll tax, and social security.
Coordination and clarification: You will work closely with internal teams such as HR and accounting to clarify and coordinate accounting issues.
Education: You have completed a business education or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience: You bring relevant experience in independent payroll and salary accounting.
Professional knowledge: You have in-depth knowledge of German payroll tax and social security law.
Technical skills: You are proficient in working with accounting systems, ideally SAP.
