
Job description
As a Member Services Representative, you will build and maintain professional relationships with members and colleagues, providing best-in-class service and making informed recommendations to help members achieve their financial goals. You will be the first point of contact for members, assisting with financial transactions, educating them about opportunities to enhance their financial landscape, and promoting Connexus products and services.
You will assist members at the counter, drive-up, phone, or via mail correspondence with financial transactions, troubleshoot as necessary, and keep information in confidence. You will also operate and balance the cash drawer daily, monitor and respond to chat queues, and protect member and credit union assets through risk mitigation and fraud prevention.
