Job description
We are searching for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data & Insights team as a strategic partner to the business. This role delivers high-impact analytics solutions-including dashboards, KPIs, advanced analysis, and automation-to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Designs, develops, and maintains enterprise-level KPIs, dashboards, reporting ecosystems, and analytical models that support long-term organizational goals. Conducts advanced analyses—including statistical modeling, segmentation, forecasting, and root-cause investigations—to deliver proactive and actionable insights.
Prior experience working within Financial Services (such as Banking or Credit Unions) is Required. Relationship management experience with financial lines of business & data visualization is Required. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python, including experience with automation, performance tuning, and statistical libraries is Required.
