As a Senior Member Services Representative, you will build and maintain professional relationships with members and colleagues, providing best-in-class service and making informed recommendations to help members achieve their financial goals. You will be the first point of contact for members, assisting with financial transactions and educating them about opportunities to enhance their financial landscape.
You will provide best-in-class service to members, assist with financial transactions, educate members about opportunities to enhance their financial landscape, and develop working knowledge of deposit and loan products. You will also mentor, onboard, and help train new Member Services Representatives.
