
Job description
As a Senior Member Services Representative, you will build and maintain professional relationships with members and colleagues, providing best-in-class service and making informed recommendations to help members achieve their financial goals. You will work in a remote-first environment with a team that fosters collaboration and high performance to achieve excellence.
You will assist members with financial transactions, educate them about opportunities to enhance their financial landscape, and develop working knowledge of deposit and loan products. You will also mentor and onboard new Member Services Representatives and complete member transactions accurately and efficiently.
