Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, and standards
- 4-year Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, or 5 years construction experience in quality control
- Ability to obtain ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I and Transportation Concrete Special Inspector certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Military and/or commercial airfield pavement construction and USACE/NAFVAC preferred
