Job Description
NeuVerge-Tron is seeking a Finance Manager to lead and manage the full finance function of the company, encompassing accounting, compliance, business partnering, and strategic planning. This hands-on role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-growing environment, developing processes from zero to one. The role is crucial for shaping the financial backbone of the company and enabling scalable growth.
Requirements
- Build and implement the end-to-end financial framework (accounting, budgeting, reporting, controls)
- Ensure full compliance with German tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings
- Supervise payroll and statutory audits
- Act as a finance business partner
