Logistics Intern

Role Overview

Support European logistics operations from Milan office, working with Logistics Specialists and Project Teams on international project logistics for PV and BESS projects.

What You Will Do

Support project deliveries, assist with RFQs, track shipments, update internal tracking files, prepare logistics documentation, and assist in cost tracking and reporting.

Ideal background: degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; strong interest in international logistics and project-based environments; basic knowledge of international transportation, Incoterms, and supply chain fundamentals.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in international logistics and project-based environments.
• Basic knowledge of international transportation, Incoterms, and supply chain fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail and organized way of working.
• Comfortable working with Excel and MS Office; exposure to ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Proficiency in English at B2–C1 level; Italian is required.
