Marketing and Social Media Associate

The Marketing and Social Media Associate is responsible for managing the company's social media properties and generating a social media marketing strategy to drive customer engagement and brand awareness. This role requires a creative and organized individual with a passion for social media, along with analytical skills and teamwork abilities. The associate will regularly monitor activity, create content, and analyze brand performance.

Requirements

• Have a pulse on beauty/fashion industry trends.
• Develop and implement content for brand’s social media channels through content creator partners.
• Plan, post, and maintain engaging content on our numerous social channels.
• Monitor activity on Social Media sites; engage in a positive manner and edit when needed.
• Perform daily community management on all social media platforms.
• Create “in-the-moment” content to compliment pre-planned content.
• Monitor brand analytics across numerous channels and provide reports to creative, marketing and brand managers on a weekly basis.
• Establish and maintain relationships with brand ambassadors.
• Assist in all marketing needs, as requested by Marketing Manager and Brand Manager.
