Foreman

SunVena is looking for a highly motivated Solar Foreman to lead a residential Solar Crew. Duties of the Foreman include installation and commissioning of PV systems, providing funding requirements and site photos, maintaining an inventory, managing the team, and ensuring safety compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in solar installation
• 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience with solar monitoring or project management software
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
