SunVena is looking for a highly motivated Solar Foreman to lead a residential Solar Crew. The ideal candidate should have solar experience, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of pride in their work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 3-5 years of experience in solar installation
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience with all aspects of solar installation
• Experience with solar monitoring or project management software
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
