Professional Writing Tutor

SUNY Ulster is seeking a part-time Professional Writing Tutor to work one-on-one with students in the Literacy Lab. The tutor will assist and encourage students throughout the learning process, reviewing materials used in classes, explaining various topics, and addressing questions.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience teaching or tutoring English, preferably at the post-secondary level.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, or Linguistics.
• Strong written and oral English language skills
