Equipment Engineer

The Equipment Engineer is responsible for improving processes and equipment in the manufacturing plant, eliminating waste, and increasing efficiency. This involves analyzing and implementing strategic plans, managing projects, and ensuring employee training and development. The role requires a process-oriented mindset, strong analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer, or a related Engineering field
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in equipment engineering, development, setup, or maintenance within a manufacturing or electronics assembly environment
• Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical integration, and control systems, including Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) maintenance and troubleshooting
