Service Engineer

We seek a talented Service Engineer to provide high-level customer service, support our global service network, and help build a world-class field engineering organization. As a Service Engineer, you will provide technical direction, advice, and support to customers in the operation and maintenance of complex Supermicro products.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 4 years of experience field engineering servicing complex X86 systems and parts
• Associate's Degree in electrical technology, electronics or equivalent military experience
• Strong background and experience with x86-based server architecture
• Work experience in large enterprise or certification in Windows and Linux environment
• Excellent communications skills in both speaking and writing
