Sr. Manager, Cost Accounting (28763)

As a Sr. Manager, Cost Accounting, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cost accounting systems and procedures, preparing and analyzing cost reports, and contributing to the budgeting process. You will also lead and mentor cost accounting staff and ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in cost accounting, including Big 4 public accounting and multinational corporate accounting experience
• Experience in cost accounting, especially in inventory management, within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in cost accounting principles, financial reporting, and experience with accounting software and SAP systems
• Hands-on Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in leading and developing a team
