Staff System Engineer

Supermicro is seeking a Staff System Engineer to support its engineering team. This role involves testing, validating, and troubleshooting server/storage system products, configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting server/storage performance. The position will be located in San Jose, CA and focus on system engineering.

Requirements

• Define and develop application benchmarks based on enterprise computing requirements.
• Execute benchmark testing and build proof of concepts using latest data center technologies.
• Work with product managers and system engineers to draft technical marketing presentations.
• Proactively engage in learning and researching new technologies.
• Work with sales and customers to provide networking solution and technical knowledge.
