Supermicro is seeking an accomplished and visionary VP, Server System Engineering and Management to join our Technology Enablement team in San Jose, CA. This role requires a rare combination of deep server hardware expertise, strategic business leadership, and the ability to guide high-impact technology initiatives across the rapidly expanding IT and AI infrastructure markets.

Requirements

• Lead and grow a global Technology Enablement team, serving as both technical and business owner for strategic initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen complex partnerships with major technology ecosystem partners to deliver next-generation Data Center Building Block Solutions (DCBBS).
• Identify new technology trends, market opportunities, and customer use cases across AI/ML, deep learning, enterprise, telecom, edge, and cloud computing.
• Promote Supermicro's energy-efficient, green computing innovations worldwide, ensuring exceptional customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and solve complex challenges with urgency and clarity.
• Apply deep expertise in server, storage, and data center technologies to guide product direction and partnership strategies.
• Represent Supermicro with strong executive presence and communication across internal teams, customers, and C-level stakeholders.
• Travel as needed to support customer, partner, and industry engagements.
