Junior Campaign Manager

Role Overview

SuperAwesome is seeking a Junior Campaign Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of our paid media campaigns. This role is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the programmatic ecosystem, balancing global campaign execution with a focus on delivering high-quality campaigns for our clients.

What You Will Do

As a Junior Campaign Manager, you will execute across the full campaign lifecycle. From gathering client assets and configuring campaign builds, to optimizing live campaigns and delivering post-campaign reporting.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in programmatic media buying, ad operations, or a highly analytical entry-level media role
• Familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem and hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Beeswax or Google Ads
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaign timelines simultaneously
• Comfortable communicating clearly and professionally with clients
• Foundational understanding of digital ad formats (e.g., VAST, HTML5) and tracking methodologies
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
