Job Description
Superblocks is reimagining software development for a billion builders. As an early member of the Recruiting team, you'll help scale our GTM organization from the ground up, working directly with the lead recruiter, CEO, and GTM leadership to source, engage, and close top-tier sales, marketing, and customer success talent.
Requirements
- Experience hiring for high-performing GTM teams at early-stage startups
- Creative outbound sourcer with a strong track record of closing top-tier revenue talent
- Able to work on-site at our Union Square, NYC office 5 days per week
- Curious, strategic, and highly analytical—you think like a business owner, not a recruiter
- Passionate about sales, marketing, and building go-to-market muscle from 0→1
- Always on the pulse of tech layoffs, funding rounds, and GTM org shifts—and know how to turn that into action
- A clear communicator and strong partner to senior leaders
Benefits
- Base salary ranges between $120,000–$180,000 USD
