Machine Maintenance Technician

Role Overview

The Maintenance Technician supports the success of operations by delivering high-quality service with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity. This role is responsible for applying uptime and reliability strategies to maximize operational efficiency and capacity, ultimately delivering value to both internal and external customers.

Maintain and optimize machinery and equipment to ensure maximum uptime, participate in reliability and continuous improvement initiatives, deliver value-driven support to internal and external customers, and develop and actively pursue a personal development plan.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Technical or trade school training preferred
• 1–2 years of maintenance or manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance is a plus
