
Job description
The Senior Optical Network Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Superloop network to provide maximum performance and availability to all customers. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining all devices and services within Superloop’s global network.
Design, implement, and maintain Superloop’s optical network infrastructure, monitor and optimize optical network performance, diagnose and resolve complex optical network faults, and contribute to the planning and deployment of optical transport network technologies.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing and maintaining carrier-grade optical transport networks, strong expertise in complex optical networking environments, and the ability to contribute to network architecture and technical design decisions.
