Job description
As a Senior UX and Product Designer, you will partner with cross-functional teams to define problems and goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and drive innovative solutions. You will manage the end-to-end design process across design and marketing initiatives, working closely with designers, writers, developers, and project managers.
You will scope project work in partnership with Product Managers and Engineers, help define design processes and timelines, and build strong relationships with stakeholders inside and outside core product teams. You will apply research methods to understand user, business, and technical opportunities and constraints, and work across enterprise-grade software and platforms within complex business and stakeholder environments.
You will have the opportunity to leverage new AI workflows and tools, contribute to the design of websites, mobile applications, and customer self-service dashboards, and gain skills and build relationships to succeed in the telco and tech industries.
