Job description
The Factory Operations Program Manager plays a critical leadership role in launching new products with excellence — ensuring operational readiness, quality, cost-efficiency, and supply availability from early development through mass production and post-ramp optimization.
Lead cross-functional development builds through all phases (EVT, DVT, PVT, Ramp) by coordinating readiness activities across internal teams and external manufacturing partners. Drive operational readiness by ensuring factory readiness (people, process, equipment, fixtures, materials) for NPI ramps and product launches.
5–10+ years in high-volume manufacturing, supply chain, or operations program management — ideally in electronics/hardware environments. Proven leadership managing OEM operations, driving NPI ramps, and executing complex builds and high volume production.
