We're looking for a Direct Support Professional to join our day program team, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll lead fun, meaningful activities and provide personalized support to help individuals grow new skills, make lasting connections, and reach their personal goals.

Requirements

• Promote community integration and social development
• Provide personalized support for hygiene care, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Transport individuals to appointments and outings
• Support medical care and administer medications
• Document progress and maintain accurate records
