Requirements
- Negotiate, draft, review, and manage commercial agreements
- Support contractual matters involving both Ukrainian and international counterparties
- Conduct legal due diligence and assess legal risks
- Review and manage agreements with suppliers
- Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders
- Assist with maintaining and updating internal legal templates, policies, and contractual processes
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with external legal advisors
