Quantity Surveyor

Oversee projects from inception to completion, prepare tender documents, cost reports, and cost plans, and work closely with the Project Team providing cost and financial advice.

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Good understanding of the Construction process
• Good writing and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills
• Excellent analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
• Superior attention to detail
• Resourceful and able to work independently
• Excellent people skills with the ability to integrate within a multi-disciplinary team
• Willing to travel overseas
