Requirements

• Relevant professional experience as a merchant or logistics professional
• Completed vocational training or degree
• Knowledge of customs formalities and transport processing
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Confident handling of IT systems and digital tools
• A high degree of customer orientation and service awareness
