
Job description
The role will be responsible for resolving IT issues, installing and maintaining hardware and software, and supporting our network and systems.
Respond to IT support requests, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, install and configure IT equipment and software, provide training and guidance to users, and assist with IT projects.
You should have a basic understanding of computer systems, applications, and networks, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
