
Job description
This role leads the implementation of standard work and drives service performance for a significant geographic area, across multiple Survitec sites. It is focused on optimising skills development to meet current and predicted customer need and identify potential opportunities for business growth.
Leads delivery of safety services, manages local stores operations, produces manpower budget, engages sub-contractors, implements standard process, and communicates the actions needed to implement the plan for optimising operations.
Requires someone who holds self and others accountable, plans and prioritises work, makes sense of complex information, consistently achieves results, and develops and delivers multi-mode communications.
