Operations Manager

Role Overview

This role leads the implementation of standard work and drives service performance for a significant geographic area, across multiple Survitec sites. It is focused on optimising skills development to meet current and predicted customer need and identify potential opportunities for business growth.

What You Will Do

Leads delivery of safety services, manages local stores operations, produces manpower budget, engages sub-contractors, implements standard process, and communicates the actions needed to implement the plan for optimising operations.

Requirements

• University Degree (or vocational equivalent)
• 6 – 10 years of job-related experience to fully competent level
• 3 – 6 years of managerial experience of planning and managing resources to deliver business objectives
