Recruiter

Role Overview

We're looking for a dedicated Recruiter who takes full ownership of the recruitment process across all our locations. The ideal candidate is someone who moves fast, communicates like a human, and knows how to find the right people before the competition does.

What You Will Do

The Recruiter will own the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer, and closing. They will also write job postings, coordinate onboarding, and work with HR and team leads to keep onboarding sharp.

Requirements

• Experience in an in-house recruitment role or agency background
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• Organized and structured, with a human touch
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with compensation, payroll structures, and employment law
• Affinity with fashion, retail, or brand culture
• Familiarity with Recruitee or a similar ATS
