Swan is seeking a driven and accomplished Strategy Project Manager to join its Strategy team. The successful candidate will produce strategic input that shapes Swan's direction and drive the company's top-priority cross-functional initiatives from framing to execution.

Requirements

• Master's degree from a top-tier Business or Engineering school
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting and/or a cross-functional strategy role in a scale-up
• Strong track record in managing strategic, cross-functional projects
• Strong communication skills and ability to rally people, drive alignment, and influence without authority
