Job Description
We are seeking a driven and accomplished Strategy Project Manager to join our Strategy team. Reporting to our VP Strategy, you will produce strategic input that shapes Swan's direction and drive the company's top-priority cross-functional initiatives from framing to execution.
Requirements
- Drive transformation projects and cross-team strategic initiatives identified as company top priorities, in line with Company's strategic planning (OKRs).
- Own end-to-end cross-functional projects across multiple teams (Product, Risk, Ops, Data, etc.).
- Define clear success indicators and track real impact delivered.
- Foster a strong culture of ownership, discipline, and respect for timelines.
- Cover a wide range of topics depending on company priorities — market studies, competitive intelligence, internal diagnostics, business cases, growth opportunities...
- Gather strategic insights from diverse sources, quantitative and qualitative data; surface key insights and raise them proactively.
- Turn complex topics into clear, actionable concepts; deliver sharp analyses and decision-ready recommendations.
