Senior AI Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer to join our team in Stockholm. The role involves taking on technical challenges, driving your own ideas forward, and implementing them with us. You'll work closely with everyone here, making it easy to bring change and act on what you believe in.

What You Will Do

As a Senior AI Developer, you will design, train, and deploy AI/ML models in production using Python and modern ML frameworks. You will also work on AI solutions in cloud environments, MLOps practices, and large-scale data preparation and feature engineering pipelines for ML systems.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in Software engineering
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing, training, and deploying AI/ML models in production using Python and modern ML frameworks
• Deep understanding of AI techniques such as deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and/or generative AI
• Hands-on experience of AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong experience with MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, model versioning, experiment tracking, monitoring, and retraining
• Proven ability to design robust and scalable inference architectures
• Experience working with large-scale data preparation and feature engineering pipelines for ML systems
• Practical experience adapting and productionizing foundation models and LLMs
• Strong understanding of model performance, bias, fairness, explainability, and responsible AI principles
• Ability to translate complex business problems into end-to-end AI solutions
• Solid understanding of security, privacy, and regulatory requirements related to AI
• Experience with containerized environments and IaC
• Great communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English and Swedish
