Countermeasure Engineer (CEMA)

We’re building the defense layer for the AI age and are looking for a Countermeasure Engineer to operate in the field — identifying cyber-physical threats, acting in real time, and turning those interactions into system learning that compounds globally.

Requirements

• 3–6 years operating in environments involving real-world cyber-physical risk
• Ability to reason across software, networks, hardware, and adversarial behavior
• Comfortable acting under ambiguity and adapting quickly
• Ability to identify and assess covert or non-obvious threats
• Strong engineering fluency
• Clear communicator — translates chaotic observations into structured insight
• U.S. Person status (export-controlled environments)
