Job Description
Executive Coach/Facilitator - Leadership Skills at SweetRush, leading high-stakes leadership workshops, designing and refining curriculum, and providing one-on-one and group coaching. Strong communication and facilitation skills required. Location: On-site in Brussels and Braine, Belgium, and Remote.
Requirements
- Master Facilitator: Extensive experience leading leadership development programs for senior management and executives.
- Decision-Making Expert: Deep understanding of strategic decision-making frameworks and the ability to teach them in a high-pressure corporate context.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills and the 'gravitas' required to command a room of senior pharmaceutical leaders.
