Leadership and Soft Skills Facilitator

SweetRush is seeking a high-caliber Leadership & Soft Skills Facilitator to orchestrate professional development for clients in the area of Enterprise, Learning, and HR Shared Services teams.

Requirements

• Facilitate leadership and soft skills programs tailored to a consulting audience
• Deliver workshops, cohort-based learning experiences, and one-on-one coaching sessions
• Strong familiarity with the management consulting environment
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in facilitation, learning & development, coaching, or a closely related field
• Exceptional communication and executive presence
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to read group dynamics
• Comfortable working in a bilingual professional environment
