Swickard Auto Group is seeking a Service Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the service department. This role involves customer service, team management, operations management, financial management, and quality control. The Service Manager will ensure customer satisfaction, efficient operations, and profitability.

Requirements

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Hire, train, and supervise service technicians.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies.
• Monitor and control labor costs.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and analyze service department reports.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability.
