Driver Leader 2

Swift Transportation is seeking a Driver Leader 2 to lead a fleet of drivers and manage driver availability to maximize productivity. The role involves developing high-performing drivers, meeting drive home time expectations, and maximizing profitability. The successful candidate will have 2+ years' experience in Operations and/or Planning and/or Customer Accounts, and an Associate's degree in Business or a related field.
