Requirements
- Successful completion of a degree, a completed commercial training in the field of personnel services, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a challenging environment (e.g., IT, tech, or cybersecurity)
- Passion for active sourcing and direct addressing of talents – especially on LinkedIn – combined with a secure sense of target groups
- High IT affinity, safe handling of digital tools, and MS Office, as well as a professional and sovereign appearance – also in telephone exchange
- Very good communication and language skills in German and English, both written and spoken
