Requirements

• Broad passion for AI technology, and up to date on current affairs in the industry
• Experience in fast paced, demanding recruiting environments including onsite/internally for modern technology businesses
• Familiar with technical hiring, including Software Engineering and/or Product (ideally with familiarity with LLMs & AI associated technologies)
• Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Comfortable operating effectively in a remote environment
