We are looking for a Data Lead to own and evolve our entire data ecosystem across engineering, analytics, data science, and AI. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will architect scalable data systems, lead a high-performing team, and act as the analytical voice of the business.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data platform roles
- Proven experience in a data leadership or senior technical role
- Strong expertise in GCP data stack (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Dataform)
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
- Solid experience building and scaling data pipelines and ETL architectures
- Experience with API development (Flask or similar frameworks)
- Hands-on experience with Airflow or other workflow orchestration tools
- Strong knowledge of product analytics and mobile attribution tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Adjust)
- Experience working with ERP systems (ERPNext or similar) is a plus
- Strong understanding of data modeling, KPI frameworks, and business intelligence
- Experience in building or leading data teams
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud infrastructure management
- Exposure to AI/ML tools or LLM-based automation is a strong plus
