People Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are hiring a People Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of our People function as we scale. This is a role with real ownership and real room to grow. You will take programs that exist but need sharpening and make them your own, with the autonomy to redesign and run them.

What You Will Do

Onboarding and offboarding, HRIS and systems, performance and review cycles, benefits and leave, compliance, employee experience.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in People Operations or HR
• Experience working in a startup or other fast-growing environment
• An operator's instinct: you like building and improving processes
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS or People tech stack
• Good judgment on sensitive and confidential matters
• Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to figure things out
• Strong organization, follow-through, and written communication
