Automation Business Analyst

Role Overview

The Automation Business Analyst works with the Automation team and key stakeholders to create automated solutions for the business. The role is a key link between the technical team and the business stakeholders to ensure effective solutions are delivered which drive meaningful and measurable business value.

What You Will Do

Analyze and document complex business processes, support the facilitation of discovery sessions, and lead the adoption/implementation of new RPA solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop business requirements documentation and work with the Automation Team to facilitate project planning and execution.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience supporting business process documentation
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to work independently

• Excellent spoken and written communication
• Experience of working on major automation projects
• Experience/knowledge of a range of technical platforms and solutions
