Syndigo is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to drive the success of global talent programs and lead HRBP delivery across the Americas. The role balances enterprise-level influence with direct people leadership, overseeing HR team members. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of HR experience, including HRBP experience and leadership of complex HR programs or initiatives, and a proven ability to mentor HRBPs and influence executive leaders across functions and regions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of HR experience
- HRBP experience and leadership of complex HR programs or initiatives
- 2+ years at a high-tech or SaaS company
- 1 –2 years of directly leading HR team members
- Deep expertise in talent management, performance programs, employee relations, HR strategy, and global program delivery
- Proven ability to mentor HRBPs and influence executive leaders across functions and regions
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and program management skills
- Builds positive relationships and collaborates well with colleagues at all levels
- Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and leverage HR systems and common business tools
- Flexible to changing business needs and adjusts to changing priorities with ease
- Familiarity with HR principles, policies, and compliance requirements
- Shows initiative to develop professionally and expand HR expertise
