FRH Operator

Role Overview

This position is responsible for manufacturing of FRH products in a production manufacturing facility. The FRH operator combines raw materials in a reactor, transfers them to trays, dries in ovens, grinds, and packages the powder. They must follow standard formulation instructions to accurately create powder product that meets specification.

What You Will Do

Inspect line equipment and driving equipment to ensure proper working conditions, follow reaction and oven drying instructions, transfer materials, set up equipment, utilize piping and parts efficiently, and sample and test for various attributes from the mixes after completion.

The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of workplace safety and quality processes, acute attention to detail, and ability to use and read scales. They will also be able to perform basic mathematics and have basic computer skills with RF scanner experience preferred.

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED
• General knowledge of workplace safety and quality processes (GMP's, Allergens)
• Acute attention to detail
• Ability to use and read scales
• Basic mathematics skills
• Basic computer skills with RF scanner experience preferred
• Ability to manually lift 50 lbs.
• Effective communication skills
