Spray Dry Operator I- 3rd Shift

Role Overview

Oversee tasks related to Spray Drying of Liquids into Powder form, perform Quality Checks, and ensure product meets customer specifications.

What You Will Do

Concentrate liquids, run equipment, communicate with Packager, transfer products, adjust parameters, document drying parameters, perform Quality Analysis, and troubleshoot equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
• 3 Years experience in manufacturing
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Ability to read and follow instructions; multitask in a safe manner; troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Knowledge of safe chemical operation and handling
• Ability to understand and operate equipment under pressure
• Understanding and knowledge of flow measuring units
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
