OMHC Employee Therapist- In Person

Synergy Family Services, Inc. is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide individual and family therapy to clients using Telehealth, in office, or community settings.

Requirements

• Must be licensed in the state of Maryland as an LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC
• Degree in behavioral or social science or related disciplines appropriate to the position
• Knowledge of current therapeutic practices and evidence-based treatments
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Proficient in the use of technology and electronic health records
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
