Senior Recruiter

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team. The role involves communicating with candidates and clients, processing and evaluating information, and organizing the entire selection process. The ideal candidate is a systematic and organized person with experience in recruitment and/or headhunting.

What You Will Do

Your tasks will include communicating with candidates and clients, processing and evaluating information, organizing and implementing the entire selection process, searching and contacting candidates through various channels, and participating in supporting activities for business and marketing.

Requirements

• experience with recruitment and/or headhunting (approx. 3-5 years)
• systematic and organized person
• sense of detail
• basic computer literacy
• EN: B2-C1 for interviews with candidates, task completion, advertisements and materials for campaigns in English
