Operations Engineer

We're looking for an Operations Engineer to provide technical solutions to complex problems, install, configure, and operate infrastructure, and provide escalated technical support. The role involves direct customer interaction, analysis, and research to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, or telecommunication
• 2+ years of experience in application support, technical customer support, problem management, relational databases, programming languages, software development
• Certification on operating systems and databases (Preferred)
• Excellent analytical, multitasking, and communication skills
